The HQ Ad Solutions were created by FCC Interactive; the web development division of Forum Communications Company- a newspaper and broadcast company based in Fargo, North Dakota.

Early on it was recognized that the power of the web went beyond the typical newspaper classified advertising.  FCC developed HQ websites based on each classified category to not only aggregrate the newspaper classified ads but do much more.

Managing feeds and inventory uploads from advertisers, creating account structures which allowed clients to manage their marketing business, and incorporating video features make these solutions powerful for the advertiser.

Forum Communications Company’s network of 35 newspaper & broadcast websites in the Dakotas, Minnesota, and Wisconsin all utilize these solutions and have created a platform & network that is meaningful and effective for our advertisers.
